Attention  Baseball and Softball Players - Wadsworth is looking to help you develop your swing.

Wadsworth is proud to announce that we have added Justin Gordon and Josh Porter to our Baseball Staff. 

   Justin Gordon: 1999 Draft pick by the Milwaukee Brewers, 5 year proffesional career, former NCAA Division 1 assistant baseball coach at W. Illinios University, Northeastern and Temple.

   Josh Posrter:  Current assistant coach at Roger Williams, 2 time Captain at Division 1 Northeastern Univeresity, 2007 & 2008

Josh and Justin will be running a 4 week clinic which will focus on personal improvement. Each individual will receive instruction on the finer points of hitting from this experienced Staff. Our Staff will also include additional former proffesional players, current and former college coaches and players.

   Each night will include group streching, group instruction with players divided into appropriate ability/age groups and fundemental hitting drills. Partcipants should dress comfortably, no cleats or opened toed shoes.

Ages: 8-13 years old

Dates: Thursdays, October 7, 14, 21, 28

Times: 6:15-7:45

Tuition: $120.00 per player, includes all 4 weeks, 6 hours of instruction. Registration ends Sept. 23rd, 2010.  You can pick up a form and register at Wadsworth.Class size is limited. Any questions, please call us at 508 528 1110.

3 on 3 Indoor Softball  League

Teams will get 12 to 15 games in a six week season with 2 games a week and a season ending double elimination tournament. Rosters will consist of 3 to 5 players. Team regsitartion fee will be $600.00. Depending on the availibilty, free agents will be assigned to teams. The fee for free agents is $150.00. The league will start up after Thanks Giving. there will be a 2 week break in between for the Holidays. A second 6 week cycle will start up in the first week in Febuary. Teams that are interested should conatct Wadsworth 508 528 1110. Deposits and fees will need to be made out to Wadsworth Wrestling Club and Training Center. A deposit of $200.00 will secure your entry. There will be 2 age groups: 16 and up/13 -15.
